Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads for Ruckus Networks and identifying sales opportunities through proactive outbound call activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive outbound call activity to generate leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed agreed activity targets and key performance indicators
  • Profiling customer records and updating the CRM to support marketing criteria
  • Data cleansing and accurate data entry to CRM
  • Inviting existing customers and prospects to events and supporting various marketing campaigns
  • Booking appointments for the sales teams and effectively presenting the benefits of Ruckus Networks
  • Establishing new cross/up-sell opportunities to pass to Sales
