Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the CRM when required.
  • Building credible relationships and establishing trust and rapport.
  • Inviting existing customers and prospects to events and supporting various marketing campaigns.
  • Booking appointments for the sales teams (scheduling calls and meetings).
  • Finding out how to best support and help partners to win more business.
  • Establishing new cross/up-sell opportunities to pass to Sales.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed activity targets and key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales Development Representative will have:

  • The ability to persuade and influence effectively.
  • Any previous sales, customer service, or telesales experience is highly desirable.
