Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Updating the CRM when required.
- Building credible relationships and establishing trust and rapport.
- Inviting existing customers and prospects to events and supporting various marketing campaigns.
- Booking appointments for the sales teams (scheduling calls and meetings).
- Finding out how to best support and help partners to win more business.
- Establishing new cross/up-sell opportunities to pass to Sales.
- Meeting and exceeding agreed activity targets and key performance indicators.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Development Representative will have:
- The ability to persuade and influence effectively.
- Any previous sales, customer service, or telesales experience is highly desirable.
