Emotional Support Practitioner

The Emotional Support Practitioner will provide emotional and practical support to young people at Llamau Limited. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Offer day-to-day emotional support to young people, helping them to cope with challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with the keyworker and other team members to develop and implement support plans.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
