**About the Role**

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 practitioner to join our dedicated preschool team at Shalfleet CE Primary School.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Preschool Supervisor and staff to ensure we meet the highest Ofsted and EYFS standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

The management reporting line for this role is through the Isle of Wight Council Children's Services directorate.

This role involves regulated activity with children and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Work collaboratively with the Preschool Supervisor and staff to deliver high-quality education and care.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the well-being of children and staff.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
