Are you passionate about working with children and young people? Do you have experience in healthcare or a related field? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Paediatric Diabetes team as an Assistant Practitioner.

In this role, you will support the management of children and young people with Type 1 diabetes, coordinating insulin pump starts and facilitating education to individuals and their families. You will work closely with other health professionals, including paediatric dietitians, nurses, psychologists, and paediatricians.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, good IT skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A relevant qualification, such as GCSEs or equivalent, is essential, and experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable. The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 per annum.
