Join Our Team as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef

Coworth Park, a renowned hotel, is seeking a skilled Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supervising our pastry team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will also be responsible for controlling and maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs, as well as inventory and purchasing of food items and kitchen supplies.

What You'll Do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for supervising our pastry team to ensure assigned tasks are completed at the highest standard, as well as cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment during their day.
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary restrictions, food preferences, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Junior Sous Chef and the team.
