**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Practitioner Lead to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sonographer or midwife sonographer to lead our ultrasound department in providing high-quality services to patients.

The successful candidate will have a broad experience of current obstetric ultrasound techniques, including nuchal translucency, transvaginal scanning, and Doppler assessment. They will be responsible for undertaking, interpreting, and taking responsibility for ultrasound examinations performed.

In addition to their clinical expertise, the postholder will be expected to provide leadership and training within the department, support service development, audit, and research. They will also be part of a multidisciplinary group of committed professionals who provide an excellent service for pregnant women.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**

  • PgC Medical Ultrasound or Bsc Medical Ultrasound qualification
  • Experience of current obstetric ultrasound techniques
  • Ability to provide leadership and training within the department

**Salary and Benefits**

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
