Veterinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Registered Veterinary Surgeon to join our well-established veterinary practice near Oxford. This is a full-time permanent role, working 4 days a week, alongside two experienced veterinarians in a spacious and modern facility.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary package up to £74,000 per annum, including enhanced maternity and paternity pay, as well as a generous annual leave policy and paid sabbatical after five years of service.
The team consists of three experienced veterinary surgeons, supported by a large nursing and reception team, offering a personal approach to patient care with access to state-of-the-art facilities, including ultrasound, digital x-ray imaging, laboratory diagnostics, and endoscopy.
