Pay: £24,000 - £30,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities- To effectively deal with queries raised by clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents via face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, or correspondence.
- Prepare and produce letters, correspondence, and documents as required.
- Conduct online searches to gather necessary information.
- Draft quotes for clients and completion statements.
- Utilize the land registry portal to order official copies, leases, and title plans.
- Provide administrative support, including photocopying and scanning tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- A working knowledge of case management software is required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the conveyancing process is beneficial.
