**Job Title:** Psychology Graduate Learning Support Role
We are seeking a motivated and caring psychology graduate to join our team as a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Role. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in working with students with special educational needs (SEN) to gain valuable experience and develop their skills.
As a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support the development and learning of students within the school.
The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding approach, an interest in working with students with SEN, and be flexible in their approach. Existing experience working with children or adults with SEN is advantageous but not required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist and support the development and learning of students within the school
- Provide 1:1 and general support to students according to requirements for the day
- Work alongside other teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment is maintained
