Psychology Graduate Learning Support Position

In this role, you will assist and support with the development and learning of students within the school. You will provide 1:1 and general support to students according to their requirements.
You will work alongside other teaching and support staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment is maintained. You will be responsible for ensuring school policies are upheld, including behaviour policies.
The ideal candidate will have a patient and understanding approach, an interest in working with students with SEND, flexibility in their approach, and a valid DBS check.
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including professional support from our expert team of consultants, continued support through all placements via a dedicated consultant, and free in-person CPD courses.
