Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop less experienced colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Provide supervisory support to the Mortgage Services Sales Manager, ensuring all aspects of T & C requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products, including Mortgages, Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Buildings & Contents Insurance.
- Knowledge of house purchase/move related secondary services, such as Conveyancing and Estate Agency operations.
- Good technical and e-commerce knowledge to promote our services efficiently and effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of Financial Services compliance rules and regulations, specific to a mortgage & protection business.
- Ability to work within a Training and Competence framework and understand the requirements of our Group T & C Scheme Skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Aptitude to coach and motivate others to achieve business generation goals.
- Ability to identify and analyse client needs effectively to deliver good customer outcomes.
Background and Experience:
- Two years' experience in Financial Services, ideally with nine months as a Senior Mortgage Advisor.
- Demonstrated consistent performance in business production and quality.
- Awareness of latest products and market developments.
- Relevant Professional qualifications, such as Certificate in Financial Planning or CeMAP.
