About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our team in Nuneaton.

This role involves providing exceptional support to our workers, fostering engagement and interaction to enhance their work experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Staff Engagement and Support: Building strong relationships with our staff members to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assessments and Inductions: Conducting assessments and inductions for new hires to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Attendance Management: Managing attendance records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Employee Development: Developing existing staff to optimize productivity on-site.
  • Disciplinary Matters: Handling disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
  • Data Collection: Supporting the site Account Manager in collecting data for review meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
