We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AML / Compliance Analyst to join our team at Taranaki Regional Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring various activities and operations within Taranaki to ensure that Council rules, policies, and resource consents are being complied with.

You will be required to identify and report on incidents of non-compliance, undertake a thorough evidential investigation, and recommend appropriate enforcement action under the Resource Management Act. Additionally, you will work proactively with the community to ensure compliance is being achieved.

Critical to your success will be your ability to investigate and write consent reports on applications for both industrial and rural activities, together with strong computer literacy.

Applicants will demonstrate experience in either forestry, farming, or industrial practice, particularly treatment and disposal methods for agricultural and industrial wastes. A current driver's licence is essential.
