Compliance Coordinator Job Description

Your new company, Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, is recruiting for a permanent Compliance Coordinator for a Manchester City Centre based business. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assess risks and analyse sales data to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Implement compliance procedures and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Conduct investigations and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report and present findings to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Senior experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Ability to manage a range of compliance issues and provide support to improve processes.
