Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our compliance team, ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage risks associated with sales and business operations
  • Analyze sales data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct investigations and spot checks to identify potential compliance issues
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Implement and monitor compliance procedures to prevent non-compliance
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to improve processes

Requirements:

  • Senior experience in compliance and risk management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and support
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
