Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Strive Supply Chain LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our E-Commerce warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and to schedule.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock movements using the NAVISION (WMS) system, ensuring accurate and timely inventory levels.
- Labour Planning: Plan and coordinate the deployment of warehouse colleagues to meet the demands of the operation, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the warehouse team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience of managing warehouse colleagues in a high-volume, fast-moving operation, with a strong understanding of inventory control and stock movement.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft software, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of warehouse management systems.
