We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Pathway Children\u2019s Services in Worthing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with learning disabilities to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a safe and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the shift and ensure the well-being of the young people in your care
  • Care for and support up to four young people in the home, helping them develop, grow, and lead happy, fulfilled lives
  • Create a homely, nurturing environment where young people can thrive
  • Organise activities, helping young people learn new skills, achieve their goals, and have fun

We require previous experience in a similar setting, a Residential Childcare Level 3 qualification, and a driving licence is essential. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
