We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading provider of social care services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and enable individuals to participate in education, employment, and leisure activities
  • Assist with medication and provide emotional support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
  • Ability to work a mixed shift pattern, including late shifts, days, and sleep-ins
  • Valid UK driving license (manual)
