Support Worker Opportunity in Worthing

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Worthing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily tasks and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, their families, and other professionals.
  • Support customers to maintain their independence and promote their well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Comply with policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Basic mathematics and written skills.
  • Ability to support customers with domestic duties and personal care.
