Kronos System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Time and Attendance System User to support our operations team at Wincanton. The successful candidate will focus on the Kronos system, absence management, and associated administration.
You will have experience in adding schedules, managing daily exceptions, reconciling absence, and general maintenance. The individual will need to work closely with the operations team to support the accurate capturing of time and attendance in a busy and ever-changing environment.
This role is initially site-based, with the potential to transition to a hybrid work arrangement once the site is in a steady state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Kronos system and absence administration
- Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate time and attendance capture
- Reconcile absence and manage daily exceptions
- Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar environment with Kronos
- General administration experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle HCM is advantageous
