Randstad Student Support is seeking dedicated Specialist Mentors to assist students with disabilities or mental health conditions in Dundee. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized support to help students overcome academic challenges and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help students develop organization and time management strategies
  • Break down tasks to meet deadlines
  • Balance study and daily living
  • Manage anxiety and stress
  • Build confidence for independent learning
Requirements:
  • Membership in one of the following professional bodies: BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities and/or mental health conditions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify ways of helping students build on their learning strengths while maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
