Supporter Relations Team Lead

As a Supporter Relations Executive at Woodgreen Pet Charity, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our supporters, donors, and stakeholders. This involves responding to inquiries, processing donations, and providing personalized communications through various channels.

Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to supporter inquiries through email, phone, and post
- Processing donations and maintaining accurate database records
- Providing personalized communications to supporters and donors
- Administering the Gift Aid Programme to maximize income and compliance with HMRC rules and regulations
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess significant administration and data entry experience, as well as strong customer service skills in a multi-channel environment. You should also have experience working with CRM databases and demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels within an organization.
The estimated salary for this position is £24,000 - £25,936, depending on experience, and includes benefits such as 36 days (pro rata) annual leave, hybrid working arrangements, and support towards healthcare costs.
