About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have significant clinical experience in acute elderly care wards, as well as expertise in leading teams and managing staff. They will be responsible for overseeing the provision of specialist occupational therapy services to patients on our DMOP ward, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to assess and treat complex physical and cognitive needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy technicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with clinical leads to support the development of OT and DMOP services.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
