Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Professional to join our team in Diss, Norfolk on a hybrid basis.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced lawyer with at least 5+ years' experience in handling complex personal injury claims, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload of Multi Track claims valued up to £1m.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building upon existing professional relationships with case managers, rehabilitation and medical agencies, accident investigators, and barristers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing between 40 - 60 Intermediate Track/Multi Track claims from start to finish.
- Litigating claims at the appropriate time.
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the Group.
