About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Maximize sales opportunities by suggesting menu items and promotions to customers
  • Operate the till and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with light cleaning duties, including cleaning of front and back of house areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation of the site
Requirements
  • Polite, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative, with a 'can-do' attitude
