About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving food and drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Tidying and maintaining the store to high standards
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maximizing sales opportunities and promoting our products
  • Stocking and rotating stock to ensure availability
  • Operating the till and handling cashless transactions
  • Performing light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Polite, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
