About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Food and Drinks: You will be responsible for serving food and drinks to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Tidying and Cleaning: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including the front and back of house areas.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You will be the face of our company and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
  • Maximising Sales Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying and maximising sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Stock Management: You will be responsible for managing stock levels and ensuring that all products are rotated and stored correctly.
  • Operating the Till: You will be responsible for operating the till and handling customer payments in a cashless environment.
  • Light Cleaning Duties: You will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Polite and Professional: You must be polite, professional, and friendly at all times, adhering to the highest level of customer care.
  • Can-Do Attitude: You must have a can-do attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Player: You must be a great team player with a 'can do' attitude and be willing to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexible: You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-Motivated: You must be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative to achieve results.
  • Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean DBS.
