We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in completing structural and building surveys, undertaking inspections, and examining properties for acquisition.

The successful candidate will be expected to work independently across the commercial and residential sectors, mainly in the Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, and New Forest areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and structural surveys
  • Site inspections
  • Residential and commercial surveying work
  • Project management

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying or similar
  • Residential and commercial building surveying experience
