Estate Manager Job Description

As an Estate Manager with First Military Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential estates. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the properties, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise contractors and ensure that all maintenance work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any potential issues and take corrective action.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with the Head of Estates and other stakeholders to ensure that all estate-related matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
  • Experience in property maintenance and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
