Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with children aged 11 to 19 who have complex needs and disabilities, including MLD, PMLD, physical needs, and a range of SEN.

About the Job
  • Support teaching staff in classes where students require physical support, communication assistance, and sensory curriculum-based learning activities
  • Provide personal care, lifting, and physical support as needed
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group support to students with varying levels of need
Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop individualized learning plans

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
