We are recruiting a skilled SEN teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education to students with diverse learning needs.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical impairments. They will be responsible for delivering personalized lessons, implementing IEPs, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive student care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.
- Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest SEN education research and best practices.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with students who have special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies.
- A passion for inclusive education and supporting students with SEN.
- Competitive hourly rate: £28-35.
