Disability Case Manager

We are seeking skilled healthcare professionals to join our team at PFAS, where you will play a crucial role in assessing individuals' disabilities and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing information to create accurate and concise reports
- Providing positive experiences for claimants and colleagues
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional
- An ability to demonstrate a broad clinical knowledge
- Previous experience in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
Essential Qualifications:
- Nurses: Qualified Nurse RGN, or dual qualified RMN/RNLD, Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)
- Physios/OTs: Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist, Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT's (COT)
