Job Overview:As a Medical Case Manager with CV-Library in Nottingham, your primary responsibility will be to oversee cases to guarantee the best possible health outcomes for employees.Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cases to ensure employees receive optimal health outcomes
  2. Analyze and reduce sickness absence trends to minimize their impact on business operations
  3. Conduct critical medical assessments to evaluate an employee's fitness for duty
  4. Develop and implement health surveillance programs to identify potential risks
  5. Evaluate results from medicals and health surveillance to inform data-driven decisions
  6. Offer expert advice on employee fitness for work, considering individual circumstances and company requirements
Requirements:
  1. Hold a valid Registered General Nurse (NMC pin)
  2. Possess a qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma or Degree), which is highly desirable
  3. Demonstrate proven experience in Occupational Health, including case management and related responsibilities
  4. Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles in occupational health settings
  6. Display comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation to provide informed guidance
Estimated Salary: £50,750 per annum
