Healthcare Case Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and autonomous practitioner to join our team as a Healthcare Case Coordinator. As a key member of our UK-wide team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 30+ patients with complex orthopaedic injuries, spinal injuries, and acquired brain injury.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience working with complex cases. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial assessment and ongoing management of patient cases
- Development and implementation of treatment plans to achieve positive outcomes
- Collaboration with patients, employers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
- Writing comprehensive reports to document patient progress and recommendations
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £39-41k basic, plus a car allowance and working from home allowance. You will also receive an intensive training course lasting 6 months, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

- No experience in case management is required, but a background in complex orthopaedics is essential
