Lead Clinician Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned education provider and make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of clinicians and provide supervision and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to meet the needs of our pupils, including those with complex profiles of need.
  • Work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to ensure seamless integration of clinical services.
  • Hold a therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.
  • Provide clear and concise report writing and contribute to the development of our Clinical Team.

About You:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
  • Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body e.g. HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT.
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
