Play Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play Leader to join our team at Talbot Primary School. As a Play Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Before and After School provision, working closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality play and care for our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and delivering engaging play activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily site checks and the safety of our children, staff, and site visitors.
- Evaluate and provide input with the team to continuously improve our provision.
- Support the development of children's abilities and encourage participation in planning and decision-making.
- GCSE grade C+ equivalent or NVQ.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and children.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and play experiences.
