Job Opportunity:

We are working with a prominent construction consultancy that offers quantity surveying services to leading construction companies in the UK.

The company has a supportive management team and commercial director, resulting in low staff turnover and a skilled dedicated team. They build long-term relationships with clients and have achieved success and growth.

About the Role:

You will be working as a senior quantity surveyor on a major rail scheme, mainly site-based. You will mentor two assistant quantity surveyors, and the scheme is expected to last 2 years.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in rail schemes
  • Management experience
  • A degree in a construction-related discipline

Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, including a performance-related bonus, healthcare, and regular pay reviews. Working hours are 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4.30 Friday.
