We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Manager to join our team at Randstad CPE London. As a key member of our construction and civil engineering team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams, identifying opportunities for cost savings and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Cost Manager, ideally in the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, tender processes, and cost control mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Location

We have offices in London, Watford, and Chelmsford, with regional travel required.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is £57,000 - £68,000 per annum.
