Materials Procurement Manager

Insignis Talent is looking for an experienced Material Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organisation, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and controlling changes during the proposal process.
The candidate must have experience working with hardware applications and knowledge of manufacturing processes. They will also be able to effectively collaborate with Programmes and Engineering to handle obsolescence, long lead times, and last-time buy material situations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EAC inputs and reviews, and be able to work closely with Subcontract Managers and other relevant stakeholders to review statements of work.
Key responsibilities will include providing precise materials estimates as required, and creating and implementing risk/opportunity plans. A salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum is offered for this position.
