About the Role

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join its Building Services team at Royal Papworth Hospital.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service as part of the Royal Papworth Helpdesk, handling high volumes of calls and emails from users, and logging requests on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the CAFM system to ensure contractual obligations are met, including job card management and report production for the On-Site Operations Team.
  • Provide support to subcontractors and suppliers on-site and remotely, including electronic correspondence.
  • Liaise with technical staff, supervisors, managers, and building users to maintain accurate and timely communication.
  • Assist in collating and producing reports as required by the Helpdesk and Administration Manager, including the Monthly Performance Report.

Requirements

  • Good basic knowledge of computers and software.
  • Ability to perform in a busy and demanding office environment.
  • Previous customer experience, providing professional and supportive customer service.
  • Maintain accurate data records.
