ESG Solutions Executive

We are Timely Recruit Limited, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the private equity sector. We are seeking an experienced ESG Solutions Executive to join our team and drive business growth within the UK mid-market private equity sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our ESG solutions to private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote ESG solutions to private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within private equity firms.
- Identify and engage potential private equity buyers, presenting tailored ESG solutions and selling to portfolio companies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of account growth and new business sales.
- Experience working with Board Members, Partners, Investment/Portfolio directors, and ESG specialists within UK mid-market private equity clients.
- Strong understanding of the private equity industry and its leadership teams.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Salary: Competitive salary and bonus package (based on 50% OTE), dependent on experience. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
