Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading by example in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Inspecting and reporting on the condition and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
  • Developing and implementing effective storage solutions for food and equipment.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with the training and development of junior colleagues.


Salary and Benefits: This role comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, pension schemes, an employee assistance programme, onsite parking, and discounts in our in-house restaurants.
