Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mid-Market Sales Director to lead our efforts in the UK mid-market private equity sector. This role will focus on sales and business development, leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders within private equity firms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of account growth and new business sales, with experience working with Board Members, Partners, Investment/Portfolio directors, and ESG specialists within UK mid-market private equity clients.

A strong understanding of the private equity industry and its leadership teams is essential, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within private equity firms.
  • Identify and engage potential private equity buyers, presenting tailored ESG solutions and selling to portfolio companies.
  • Sourcing and closing upsell opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within private equity firms.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of account growth and new business sales.
  • Experience working with Board Members, Partners, Investment/Portfolio directors, and ESG specialists within UK mid-market private equity clients.
  • Strong understanding of the private equity industry and its leadership teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Salary: Competitive salary and bonus package (based on 50% OTE), dependent on experience. Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Location: London - Hybrid working arrangement.
