Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive management accounting services, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing management accounts with clear commentary for non-financial stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on budget performance, and supporting financial aspects of staffing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality management accounting services, driving business growth and financial stability.
  • Prepare detailed management accounts, providing insightful commentary to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support financial aspects of staffing, including payroll corrections and headcount analysis.
  • Develop and present financial reports to aid strategic decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/CCAB preferred) with extensive management accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to present financial information to senior management and non-financial audiences.
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within large organisations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
