Service Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions in Central London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling engineers' workload, liaising with clients, and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule engineers' workload, allocating jobs and re-arranging engineers' jobs on a reactive basis.
- Liaise with clients via email and phone, ensuring high levels of professionalism and communication.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients, organizing works in line with client defect trackers and KPIs.
- Log and review data in our CAFM system, upholding high levels of communication with clients.
- Aid in the management of permits, RAMS, and health and safety documents as per work requirements.
- Ensure all service records are recorded accurately, with all relevant information detailed, within agreed timelines.
- CAFM proficiency
- Experience within FM
- General administration skills
- IT proficiency
