Branch Management Executive

As a key member of the Meridian Business Support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and leading a team of sales executives. With a strong sales background and experience in leading teams, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial targets while mentoring and developing colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and exceed business targets by identifying new opportunities and managing the new business pipeline.
- Lead and manage the following through the Branch Director:
- Client retention and renewal
- New business pipeline management
- Prospecting and identifying new opportunities
- Significant experience in a sales-driven intermediary environment with a proven track record of successful new business generation and account management.
- An understanding of compliance regulations from both a technical and operational perspective.
- A strong grasp of business processes, including financial management, strategy, and forward planning for both your own and clients' organisations.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
