The ASC People Team is a key component of our business service engine, responsible for delivering a seamless user experience across various essential services. Our team of over 100 service professionals operates primarily out of Brisbane and Glasgow, working together to ensure a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all employee lifecycle events to a high standard and agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to complete lifecycle events, such as employee relocation, background checking, and visa/immigration requests.
  • Resolve and process employee and Partner enquiries via the HR ticketing system, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
  • Update HR systems and notify changes to payroll where necessary.
  • Provide administrative support and handle first-line queries related to the annual HR calendar of activities.
  • Offer first-line advice on policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely and accurate management information and data.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to HR administration processes.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in ASC, People & Culture, Payroll, and HRIS.
  • Identify and work with HR Advisors to provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • HR administration/coordination experience, preferably in a shared service centre.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work as part of a virtual service delivery team.
  • Diversity champion.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience working with systems, such as an HR database.
  • Professional services or corporate experience in an HR-related role.
  • Understanding of the legal environment and lawyers' work practices.
