Job Summary
Servisource, part of the CPL Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Coordinator to join their team in the United Kingdom. This role will provide HR operational and transactional support across all operating business units in the UK, working closely with the HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and promote a positive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of activities and initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Provide HR operational and transactional support to employees, clients, and contingent workforce across all operating business units in the UK.
- Assist with strategic HR team projects, suggesting changes and opportunities for improvements.
- Support Talent Acquisition with new hire recruitment and onboarding processes when required.
- Coordinate training and further learning and development initiatives with the Learning & Development team.
- Build personal brand and relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they adhere to all appropriate practices.
- Advise line managers on basic queries relating to current policies and procedures, ensuring HR best practice is maintained.
- Conduct and support disciplinary proceedings, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns or issues.
Requirements
- 2+ year experience in a similar HR role.
- HR related qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding and practical experience of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude.
- High level of motivation and pride in what one does is key to success in this role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Full proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
- Full drivers' licence and access to own transport.
