HR Coordinator

A dynamic and esteemed architecture studio, renowned for its impactful and design-led projects worldwide, is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join their team in west London. As a key member of the Operations team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Head of HR to support the full employee lifecycle and HR/admin functions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the recruitment process, including orientations, onboarding, and offboarding
- Be a go-to person for queries related to compensation, benefits, and employee policies
- Contribute to the regular review of employment policies and procedures
- Assist in driving the employee review process and training programs
- Contribute to the programming of staff socials and office-wide events
- Support company culture and recognition programs
- Stay updated on employee legislation and HR best practices
- Perform ad hoc HR and admin tasks
- Solid HR experience, CIPD qualifications preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and current employment law
- Proven experience working across all recruitment functions
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite
This is a varied role incorporating HR and administration, and is an opportunity for someone with previous knowledge and proven experience of HR. Please note, this role requires you to be in the studio five days a week.
